Where do you ship/post to?
For original artwork, Bonnita Doodles will ship/post within the UK and to the EU and USA. Postage depends on the location, so please email bonnitadoodles@outlook.com I will confirm.
For all other products, Bonnita Doodles will ship/post within the UK and to the USA. I am afraid at this time we do not ship to the EU, l hope this will change at some point so please keep an eye out for updates. If you are anywhere else please email bonnitadoodles@outlook.com and I will liaise with you directly to see if this is possible.
How much does shipment/postage cost?
All items sent within the UK will incur NO shipping fee unless otherwise stated in the product description. For items sent to the USA, charges are at the discretion of US customs and you may incur customs charges which are outside of my control.
Are items ready to despatch immediately?
No. All my items are made to order. For example, mugs and coasters can take up to 4 weeks to despatch and prints, which are printed in my studio, can take 2 weeks. I work hard to try and provide them sooner where I can, but I am a mother of 2, running Bonnita Doodles on my own, and the juggle sometimes does not allow for shorter turn around times.

How long will it take for me to receive my item?
Some products take longer to prepare than others. Stickers and prints are despatched with in 5 and 10 working days and clothing, mugs and coaster will be despatched with in 28 working days. Once despatched, the length of time it will take for you to receive it will depend on where you live. I ask for you to allow 2 weeks, if you have not received your order by then, email us at bonnitadoodles@outlook.com we will do our best to establish the delay.

Do you accept refunds?
Yes but items must be returned within 30 days and unused, undamaged or unworn. They must be in the original packaging with tags still affixed and accompanied by proof of purchase.
What should I do if the item is damaged when I receive it?
Please take photos and email me at bonnitadoodles@outlook.com. I will liaise with you directly and try to resolve the issue.

What is the quality of the materials you use?
I aim to use high quality materials for all my products because I like to make sure things last! Many product descriptions advise what has been used to make them but feel free to email me at bonnitadoodles@outlook.com if you’d like to know more.
Are the product images true to life?
Yes but please be aware that there is often a difference in shade between screen to print. Every device is set up differently and will never be an exact match, so what you view on your personal screen will vary somewhat from the product you receive. Not greatly and rarely has it been a cause for complaint. This is something out of our control and is generally a part of buying on-line. The sizes of products are given in their product descriptions and you should be able to clearly ascertain whether it will meet your expectations.

What will I receive?
Your subscription is for a different downloadable digital print. Each month Bonnita will select a different image from her catalogue of digital art for you to receive and build your collection. As a complimentary thank you for subscribing, Bonnita will also send you a physical letter, A6 print, a wordsearch, a colouring sheet, a sticker and a scratch card revealing a quote or inspirational saying.
How often will I get a letter?
You will receive one letter per month whilst your subscription remains in place. You may pause the subscription for any reason or period of time should you wish to. Or you may cancel altogether at any time. Bonnita will post letters around the 26th of the month.
How long after posting will I receive my letter?
We will send all mail by UK Royal Mail, 1st Class. Whilst we anticipate you will receive it in a timely fashion, please allow 5-7 working days for national (UK) deliveries and 7-14 working days for international deliveries (e.g. EU and the US). This provides sufficient times for mail to route in circumstances beyond Royal Mail’s control.
What happens if my letter doesn't arrive?
Should you not receive your letter, please contact Bonnita by email (insert correct email here). Following an enquiry as to why that may have occurred, you may be offered either a refund or a replacement. Please note that depending upon when the enquiry has been resolved, a replacement may be issued separately or together with the next months letter.

Unfortunately due to General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) regulations I am unable to ship to the EU at this time. We hope this will change at some point in the future, keep an eye on socials or join our mailing list to keep up to date.
Charges are applied at the discretion of U.S. Customs and are not something I can control or predict. Therefore please be aware that if you do purchase from me you may be liable for the US Customs Tariff.
