FAQ - Bonnita Doodles

All shipping to the UK is FREE

International orders are sent tracked to ensure the safest postage method.

I am a mother of 2 and running Bonnita Doodles full time. All my clothing, mugs and coasters are made to order and can take up to 4 weeks for dispatch, as I press them all myself in house. Prints are up to 2 weeks to dispatch, as again they are printed in house.

 

Please allow a minimum of 7 days for a shipment notification.

All clothing is done on a PRE ORDER basis and therefore subject to change of dispatch dates if needed.

 

T-shirts, hoodies, sweaters and other clothing: If products aren’t available, substitute brands are used. Quality is always the same. If there is any issue whatsoever with a getting your product in, I will contact you ASAP. 

Colours of all art and listing photos will vary depending on screens they are viewed on, so will vary to the item received but all effort has been made to make them as accurate as possible

 

EU CUSTOMERS

Unfortunately due to General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) regulations I am unable to ship to the EU at this time. We hope this will change at some point in the future, keep an eye on socials or join our mailing list to keep up to date.

USA CUSTOMERS

Charges are applied at the discretion of U.S. Customs and are not something I can control or predict. Therefore please be aware that if you do purchase from me you may be liable for the US Customs Tariff.
